How can I book a stay at the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats?

Families or groups of up to six guests can request to book one of five different two-night, three-day stays at the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats starting Monday, August 12* at 12PM EST and throughout the month of August by visiting RiceKrispiesTreatsReTreat.com – all for the joyful cost of $0. A confirmation email will be sent once booking requests have been received. Rice Krispies Treats will review the inquiries, then confirm guests for their requested stays on a rolling, first-come-first-served basis throughout August. See terms and conditions in full detail below.

 *The five two-night, three-day stays are not a contest. Stays will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Guests will be responsible for their own travel to and from the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats, room service and anything they purchase outside of the room. Guests will also be responsible for the Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 they will receive for the retail value of the room for the tax year in which the suite was awarded.

How do I know if the stay I requested is confirmed?

Keep an eye on your email inbox for treat-filled fun! Guests can expect a reply within 1-3 business days after they “Request to Book.”

If you are confirmed to stay in the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats, you will receive further details for your required background check via email.

What if I cannot go? Can I go at another time?

Availability for Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats is very limited. If you can’t make the dates for which you were accepted, you’re welcome to request another stay through the request form, but we cannot guarantee The Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats will be available for you then.

How many guests can stay at the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats?

The Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats is designed to comfortably sleep four but can accommodate up to six guests. The suite has a queen-sized bed and one set of twin bunk beds with room for two additional rollaway beds.

Where is the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats located?

The Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats is located inside the beautiful Red Jacket Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, MA on seaside Cape Cod, Massachusetts. For security reasons, the exact room will only be communicated to our selected guests. 

Travel accommodations, including flights and rental cars, are not included and are the sole responsibility of the guests/travelers. For those flying to the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats:

• Cape Cod Gateway Airport (HYA), approx. 10min drive to the Red Jacket Beach Resort
• Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), approx. 1hr 45min drive to the Red Jacket Beach Resort

How much does it cost to stay at the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats?

The Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats will be available for the joyful cost of $0 for a two-night, three-day stay. Once your stay is confirmed via email, you must provide your signed waiver and the required information for a background check within 24 hours. Guests will be responsible for room service charges and anything purchased outside of the room such as charges placed at the hotel restaurants or spa. Guests will also be responsible for the Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 they will receive for the retail value of the room for the tax year in which the suite was awarded.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is located in front of the resort and included with your stay.

What time is check-in and out?

Guests can check in after 4pm the day of arrival and must check out by 11am on the day of departure.

Are there any age restrictions for my kids?

Kids over the age of three are welcome! The suite was designed to be suitable for children over the age of three. We’ll have movies, games, craft projects and more for your little ones.

Is the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats handicap accessible?

The Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats is located on the second floor without elevator access. Red Jacket Resorts welcomes guests of abilities and offers several other accessible rooms with first-floor access. Visit Red Jacket Resort’s Stay page to learn more.  

Are my pets allowed at the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats?

While we love pets and pets are welcome in other rooms as the resort, they are not able to come with you to the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats.

We insist! The Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats comes with a cabinet full of Rice Krispies Treats bars. You’re welcome to help yourself to as much as you’d like. Of course, the serving size is one bar. Once they’re gone, we will not be able to restock any of these items during your stay.

Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats Booking Offer

IN ADDITION TO THE FAQ’S PROVIDED BY THE RED JACKET BEACH RESORT & SPA, AVAILABLE AT https://www.redjacketresorts.com/resorts/beach-resort/faqs, THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY FOR THE “RE-TREAT SUITE BY RICE KRISPIES TREATS” BOOKING OFFER:

Booking requests shall be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. The booking request must be for two (2) nights. Completing a booking request does not guarantee booking. Limit one (1) booking request per person per email address during a booking period.

You must be a legal United States resident, twenty-one (21) years of age or older to book for this Offer.  Furthermore, you cannot be an employee (or an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child or sibling or respective spouse, regardless of where you reside) or household member (whether or not related) of an employee of Kellanova, Weber Shandwick, Red Jacket Beach Resort & Spa, or any other organizations affiliated with the fulfillment, administration, booking support, or advertisement of this promotion to claim the Offer.

Once a booking request is provisionally accepted, subject to verification in accordance with the terms, you will be contacted by a representative of Red Jacket Beach Resort & Spa  via email at the email address provided at time of booking. You will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the first notification to respond via reply email or you will automatically forfeit the booking. To complete the booking process, you understand and agree that you will be required to consent to a background check; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information requested to complete a background check will result in cancellation of your booking. Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of employment history, criminal or other arrest or conviction record, sex offender registry and any other factor deemed relevant by Kellanova to help ensure that you will not, in Kellanova’s sole discretion, bring Kellanova into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or reflect unfavorably on Kellanova. If requested, the potential offer recipient agrees to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information, as well as a publicity release. Booking will not be confirmed until all such properly executed forms are returned and background check is complete.

By accepting a booking offer, you agree:

• No children under the age of three (3) will visit or stay in the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats resort suite.
• The maximum number of guests is six (6) in one queen bed, one set of twin bunk beds, and two rollaway beds. There may be no more than six (6) people in the Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats resort suite at any time.
• The Re-Treat Suite by Rice Krispies Treats booking offer includes only the stay in the resort suite. No other costs or fees are included. Booking offer recipient will be solely responsible for travel, meals, gratuities, and any other expenses related to the stay.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the booking offer is $1,200. By claiming booking, you understand that you are responsible for any and all federal, state, or local tax obligation or other expense that you may be liable for as a result of claiming the offer, and that Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. You will receive a 1099 following the booking for the actual retail value of the booking.

Acceptance of booking constitutes your permission for Kellanova, Weber Shandwick, Red Jacket Beach Resort & Spa and their designees to use your name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. For clarification, I understand that by posting and tagging @ricekrispiestreats (TikTok) or @ricekrispiestreatsus (Instagram) relating to a stay, that I give Rice Krispies Treats permission to reshare my content to their social channels. Your guest(s) must consent to same and may be required to complete a publicity release prior to booking.

By claiming booking, individuals unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Additional Terms along with the decisions of Kellanova and with the Red Jacket Beach Resort & Spa FAQ’s, which shall be final and binding in all respects. You also agree to release and hold harmless Kellanova, Weber Shandwick, and Red Jacket Beach Resort & Spa and their employees, officers, directors and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of injury, losses, or damage of any kind to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your booking, including, but not limited to travel to/from the property.  In the event of any conflict between these Additional Terms and Red Jacket Beach Resort & Spa’s FAQ’s, these Additional Terms shall govern.
