Director of Sales
A native Cape Codder, Alan got his first experience in the hospitality business working for a Nantucket Island ferry company. He studied resort management in college and followed his passion for skiing by becoming the Director of Marketing for a popular New England ski resort. After three years in the ski industry, he returned to Cape Cod and joined Red Jacket Resorts as Director of Sales.
Alan likes to spend time with his family, travel and navigate Cape Cod’s waterways by boat. He is a lifelong Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan and has adopted the Michigan State Spartans (his wife’s alma mater) as his college team of choice. He looks forward to working with you to help plan a memorable Cape Cod meeting, reunion, group tour or special event.
Nina is our Regional Sales Account Manager and is based in Portland, Maine. Nina focuses on selling group business for all six Red Jacket Resorts, including Red Jacket Mountain View Resort & Water Park in North Conway, N.H., and the five Cape Cod resorts in Massachusetts. Nina has worked in the group sales industry for many hotel brands in the past including Embassy Suites, Captain Daniel Stone Inn, The Sonesta, the South Portland Sheraton, and the Portland Regency Hotel.
Nina’s understanding of the New England group market, her experience in the sales realm, and passion for developing one-of-a-kind event experiences are an invaluable asset to Red Jacket Resorts. With unique product offerings and exclusive amenities including private oceanfront beaches and an indoor waterpark, Nina is excited to expand the brand into new markets.
Nina is a native of New England who grew up in Worcester, graduated from UMass and lived for a time on Cape Cod. She has called Portland home for several years. In her spare time, Nina enjoy spending time with family and friends, floral design and gardening, beachcombing on Cape Cod and spending time with her Cardigan Corgi named Tallie.
Sharon has spent over ten years in hospitality on Cape Cod. Early on, she worked in the front office at Chatham Bars Inn, where she completed the Forbes 5 Star Training. She began her Red Jacket career working for the front office at the Blue Water and Riviera Red Jacket Resorts on South Shore drive. Sharon was then promoted to Revenue Management and Sales Coordinator. During that time, Sharon honed her keen sense of detail while implementing leisure packages and rate plans across various reservation and booking platforms. Sharon was also responsible for representing the Red Jacket vacation home product on AirBnB, where she earned the distinction of “Super Host.” This honor requires the highest levels of responsiveness (requiring a minimum rating of 90%, she maintained a 96%) and a service rating of 4.8 out of 5. A testament to her customer commitment, Sharon has maintained this status for the last three consecutive years.
With her well-deserved promotion to Sales Manager and Coordinator, Sharon is now responsible for prospecting new business, securing the best solution for her clients meeting and event needs, and working with them to plan the details for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Sharon is engaged to be married in September of this year. She and her fiancé love traveling, and her favorite place is the Cayman Islands.
