Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. 

Deposit/Cancellations

For reservations of 1–3 nights, the first night’s deposit is due at the time of reservation. For reservations of 4 or more nights, a 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Full balance is due at time of arrival. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.

For reservations of 1–3 nights, cancellations made up to 10 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit. For reservations of 4 or more nights, refunds are based on resale of the unit.

Additional Guests

Cots: $25 plus tax per day

Cribs: $20 plus tax per stay for a portable crib (similar to Pack-n-Play)

WiFi Internet Access

Green Harbor Resort has free wireless Internet that covers 100% of the main property.

Dining

Green Harbor Resort does not have a restaurant, but there are many fine restaurants nearby, including restaurants and pubs at our nearby sister resorts.

Accessibility

Green Harbor Resort offers disabled guests several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including handicap-accessible bathrooms with a raised toilet, tub grab bars, hand-held shower head, built-in shower seat. Showers are not the “wheel in” type. Handicap-accessible suites feature a ramp to an extra-wide entry door. Accessible kitchens have a stove top, sink, and counters designed for wheelchair access. Reserved parking is available. Please let our reservation agents know your accessibility requirements. 

Dogs

Green Harbor Resort is a dog-friendly resort. We welcome dogs to several rooms, selected especially for their creature comforts. Prior arrangements must be made before you bring your pet, and a nightly fee of $50 per dog, plus tax, applies. However, dogs are not permitted on any Red Jacket Resort beaches. Laundry

Coin-operated laundry facilities are open daily from 8 a.m. until dusk. Soap and change for the machines are available in the front office.

Charcoal Grills

Charcoal is not provided, but several stores are within a short drive.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.

Drone Use

Due to our proximity to the Barnstable Municipal Airport, and to comply with FAA rules and regulations, the resort is a designated “No Drone Zone.” The operation or use of drones (or any unmanned aerial systems) on or above our resorts is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may involve eviction from your accommodations as well as confiscation of drone equipment, and may subject violators to damages, including, but not limited to: damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.

Use of Other Red Jacket Resorts

As a guest of Green Harbor Resort, you are invited to use the facilities, amenities and private beaches at any of our Red Jacket sister resorts during your stay.
