Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. Check-out is 10:30 a.m. Check-in is available 24 hours/day.
An advance deposit equal to the first night‘s room rate is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept deposits using major credit cards or, with sufficient time for mailing, a personal check.
Through June 24, 2021: we are offering cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
After June 24, 2021: for cancellations ten days or more prior to arrival, a $25 processing fee will be retained. For cancellations within ten days of arrival, the full the deposit will be retained.
For stays of four or more nights in our two- and four-bedroom units, refunds are based on resale of the unit.
Cots: $25 plus tax per day
Cribs: $20 plus tax per stay for a portable crib (similar to Pack-n-Play)
WiFi Internet Access
All public areas and rooms have free wireless Internet access.
Face Mask Usage
Face coverings are required for all guests and team members in indoor public areas. They are also required in outdoor spaces where social distancing of at least six feet cannot be maintained. Masks are not required when eating or drinking, while in your guest room, or in outdoor areas where social distancing can be maintained.

The Spa at Red Jacket Beach
A full-service spa with a complete range of treatments is located nearby at our sister resort, Red Jacket Beach Resort, and open to guests of Blue Water Resort. Visit the spa website.
Blue Water Resort offers guests with disabilities several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including first floor rooms, access ramps, grab bars and stools in showers, Visual Alarm, TDD phone equipment, and raised commode seating. Blue Water Resort is a dog-friendly resort. We welcome dogs to several rooms, selected especially for their creature comforts. Prior arrangements must be made before you bring your pet, and a nightly fee of $50 per dog, plus tax, applies. However, dogs are not permitted on any Red Jacket Resort beaches. Parking at Blue Water Resort is limited. Guests with reservations in a standard guest room, family room, or suite are provided one parking space per unit. Guests with reservations in a cottage or longer-term rental are provided with two parking spaces per unit. Additional parking space(s), if available, are at the discretion of the management based on occupancy and will incur an additional nightly fee. Cottages have individual charcoal grills. Charcoal is not provided, but several stores are within a short drive.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the Edge of the Sea building. Soap products are available at Blue Water and Riviera Beach front desks.
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.
To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, and to comply with FAA rules and regulations, the resort is a designated “No Drone Zone.” The operation or use of drones (or any unmanned aerial systems) on or above our resorts is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may involve eviction from your accommodations as well as confiscation of drone equipment, and may subject violators to damages, including, but not limited to: damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.

As a guest of Blue Water Resort, you are invited to use the facilities, amenities, and private beaches at any of our Red Jacket sister resorts during your stay.
