Blue Rock Resort FAQs


Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The front desk is open from 7 a.m.–10 p.m. Arrivals outside of these hours must be arranged with Blue Rock Resort prior to arrival.

E-CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION POLICY: At check-in, Red Jacket Resorts will place an authorization on your credit card for an amount equal to your guest room rate plus tax. It is recommended that credit cards are used at time of check-in rather than debit cards. Most debit cards will hold funds for up to 10 days after departure, depending on your financial institution's policy. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in. 

Deposits & Cancellations

An advance deposit is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept deposits using major credit cards or, with sufficient time for mailing, a personal check. Deposit and cancellation policies may vary for special offers and promotions. 


Refundable 1 night deposit due at time of booking; must cancel 10 days prior to arrival by 3pm for refund of deposit less a $25 Admin Fee.


Refundable 1 night deposit due at time of booking; must cancel 7 days prior to arrival by 3pm for refund of deposit less a $25 Admin Fee.


50% pre-payment due at time of booking; must cancel 14 days prior to arrival by 3pm for refund of deposit less a $25 Admin Fee.


100% prepayment due at time of booking; reservation is non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications allowed.


Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date for full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, your full deposit is nonrefundable and will be forfeited. Layaway Getaway payment plan: 

  • 1st Payment: 25% at time of booking
  • 2nd Payment: 25% at 90 days prior to getaway
  • 3rd Payment: 25% at 60 days prior to getaway
  • Final Payment: 25% at 30 days prior to getaway

Early Departures

An early departure or mid-stay cancellation may result in an early departure fee.


Parking at Blue Rock Resort is limited. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, guests are provided one parking space per unit for a fee of $25 per night. A second vehicle is subject to a $50 per night fee. Before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day weekend, the first vehicle is complimentary, however a second vehicle is subject to a $25 per night fee. For parking-related questions, please contact Blue Rock Resort directly at 508-398-6962.

Resort & Destination Fees

Red Jacket Resorts charges a resort fee equal to 10% of the room rate plus tax. This fee includes: private beach access, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach/pool towels, resort activities such as use of board games, access to bicycles, kayaks, and canoes, beach volleyball, beach swings, lawn games such as corn hole, resort-wide high-speed wifi, fitness equipment, and unlimited local and long-distance calls. Special summer activities (end of June - beginning of September) include supervised Kids Club, beach yoga, live entertainment, popsicle happy hour, movie nights on the lawn, fishing derby, marine science classes, and much more. A 1% destination fee will be collected to fund the promotion of Cape Cod as a destination, support the growth of attractions and events in the area, and to sustain other tourism development initiatives.




Blue Rock Resort offers guests with disabilities several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including first-floor rooms, access ramps, grab bars and stools in showers, Visual Alarm, TDD phone equipment, and raised commode seating. Additional Guests

Cots: $25 plus tax per day
Cribs: $20 plus tax per stay for a portable crib (similar to Pack-n-Play)

Drone Use

To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, and to comply with FAA rules and regulations, the resort is a designated “No Drone Zone.” The operation or use of drones (or any unmanned aerial systems) on or above our resorts is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may involve eviction from your accommodations as well as confiscation of drone equipment, and may subject violators to damages, including, but not limited to: damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.


Blue Rock Resort is a dog-friendly resort. We welcome dogs to several rooms, selected especially for their creature comforts. Prior arrangements must be made before you bring your pet, and a nightly fee of $50 plus tax applies. However, dogs are not permitted on any Red Jacket Resort beaches. Other Red Jacket Resorts

As a guest of Blue Rock Resort, you are invited to use the facilities, amenities and private beaches at any of our Red Jacket sister resorts during your stay.


The resort requires a minimum age of 21 years old to book a reservation. A photo ID and a credit or debit card in guest's name are required to check-in.
