Beaches

Cape Cod is home to some of the best beaches in the world, including Race Point in Provincetown which was named one of the Top 25 Beaches in the United States by TripAdvisor users.

We’re pretty partial to our own private beaches, but if you’re ready to explore the other sandy spots that the Cape has to offer, we’ve rounded up a list of our favorite places to spend a day (or sunset) on the peninsula.

How to Plan for a Day at the Beach

If you’re staying at the resort, your planning comes down to when you want to hit the sand! We’ll provide the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels -- just bring yourself. The parking lots at our resorts can be busy (and are frequently full) in the summer, so if you're visiting one of the beachfront resorts from a sister Red Jacket property, carpooling is highly recommended.

If you’re planning to venture to one of our other favorites, keep in mind that most beaches require visitors to buy a parking permit, so bring some cash (for that and for the ice cream man). The lots tend to fill up early in the morning, so make sure you plan accordingly.
