Check in after 3:00 p.m., check out by 11:00 a.m. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours per day.

Deposits - Guest Rooms

A deposit for the first night’s stay is required at the time of reservation. Master Card, Visa & American Express accepted. We also honor cash, traveler’s cheques and personal checks. Refunds will be made when cancellation notice is given 10 days prior to arrival, less a $25 service charge. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.

Additional Guests

Room rates are based on 1-4 people per room. Each additional person is $20 per night.

Cots: $25 (plus tax) per day

Cribs: $20 (plus tax) per stay for a Porta-crib (similar to Pack-n-Play).

Wireless Internet Access

Riviera Beach has its own wireless network and 100 percent of the property is a wireless hotspot.

Accessibility Information

Our private beach may be accessed, if wheelchair allows, via the oceanfront area next to room 160. We offer bars in showers, stool in shower (upon request), raised commode seat, Visual Alarm, TDD and closed-captioned television, at no additional charge. Indoor & outdoor pool decks are wheelchair accessible and ramps are near room entrances. Just let our reservation agents know your requirements.


Parking at the resort is limited. Guests with reservations in a standard guest room, family room or suite are provided one parking space per unit. Guests with reservations in a cottage or longer-term rental are provided with two parking spaces per unit. Additional parking space(s), if available, and at the discretion of the management based on occupancy, incur an additional nightly fee. Arrangements should be made in advance for over-sized vehicles such as boat trailers. For these and other parking-related questions please contact the resort directly at 508-398-2273.

What Does the Resort Fee Cover?

A $25 daily resort fee is added per room (not per person) from June 24 – September 1, and during school vacation weeks. This fee includes activity programs; bonfires; pool and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas; wireless Internet; weekend entertainment; Kids’ Club activities; beach parties; movie nights and Xbox tournaments; local calls and incoming faxes; 10% discount at Blue Rock Golf Course from 12 – 2 p.m.; 10% discount off water sports before 11 a.m.; daily coffee in the lobby; resort reciprocity.

Resort fee is subject to tax. Some activities are subject to change or may have a small additional fee to cover the cost of materials.


The resort does not allow pets, but two of our nearby sister properties, Blue Water Resort and Blue Rock Golf Resort, welcome four-footed guests to rooms selected especially for their creature comforts. A nightly fee of $50 (plus tax) applies, with a maximum per room of two dogs, any size. Pet amenities include food and water bowls, bed and blanket, cleanup bags, and a dog treat and welcome letter upon arrival. Sit, stay and find out more.

Use of Other Red Jacket Resorts

As a guest at our resort, you are invited to use the facilities at any other of our nearby sister resorts during your stay.

Drone Usage

Due to FAA rules and regulations, the resort is a designated “No Drone Zone” due to its proximity to the Barnstable Municipal Airport. The operation or use on or above our resorts of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public (including recreational users and hobbyists) is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may involve eviction from your accommodations as well as confiscation of drone equipment, and may subject violators to damages, including, but not limited to, damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.


Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.
