Riviera Beach Resort FAQs
Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. Check-out is 10:30 a.m. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day for late check-ins.
An advance deposit equal to the first night‘s room rate is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept deposits using major credit cards or, with sufficient time for mailing, a personal check.
Through June 24, 2021: we are offering cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
After June 24, 2021: for cancellations ten days or more prior to arrival, a $25 processing fee will be retained. For cancellations within ten days of arrival, the full the deposit will be retained.
Cots: $25 plus tax per day
Cribs: $20 plus tax per stay for a portable crib (similar to Pack-n-Play)
WiFi Internet Access
All public areas and rooms at Riviera Beach Resort have free wireless Internet access.
Face Mask Usage
Face coverings are required for all guests and team members in indoor public areas. They are also required in outdoor spaces where social distancing of at least six feet cannot be maintained. Masks are not required when eating or drinking, while in your guest room, or in outdoor areas where social distancing can be maintained.

The indoor and outdoor pools are open from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Riviera Beach Resort offers guests with disabilities several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including grab bars and stools in shower, raised toilet, Visual Alarm, TDD phone equipment, and closed-captioned television. Our private beach may be accessed via the oceanfront area next to room 160. Indoor and outdoor pool decks and ramps are found near the room entrances.

Parking at Riviera Beach Resort resort is limited. Guests with reservations in a standard guest room, family room, or suite are provided one parking space per unit. Guests with reservations in a cottage or longer-term rental are provided with two parking spaces per unit. Additional parking space(s), if available, are at the discretion of the management based on occupancy and will incur an additional nightly fee. Arrangements should be made in advance for oversized vehicles such as boat trailers. For these and other parking-related questions, please contact Riviera Beach Resort directly at 508-398-2273.

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.
Due to our proximity to the Barnstable Municipal Airport, and to comply with FAA rules and regulations, the resort is a designated “No Drone Zone.” The operation or use of drones (or any unmanned aerial systems) on or above our resorts is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may involve eviction from your accommodations as well as confiscation of drone equipment, and may subject violators to damages, including, but not limited to: damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.
