Check-in for the hotel and townhomes is 3 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
Check-in for Presidential Homes is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m.
Staff is available 24 hours for late check-ins.
An advance deposit equal to the first night‘s room rate is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept deposits using major credit cards or, with sufficient time for mailing, a personal check. For all cancellations made up to 10 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 service charge. Any cancellations made less than 10 days from the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
Cots: $25 plus tax per day
Cribs: $20 plus tax per stay for a portable crib (similar to Pack-n-Play)

Red Jacket Mountain View Resort has free wireless Internet that covers 100% of the property, including townhouses and Presidential Homes.
The Red Jacket Mountain View Resort has an accessible entrance, an elevator to service all floors, a wheelchair on property, and two rooms with queen beds.
We are a dog-friendly resort. We welcome dogs to several rooms, selected especially for their creature comforts. Prior arrangements must be made before you bring your pet, and a nightly fee of $50 per dog, plus tax, applies. For more information, visit our pet-friendly page.
Electric Car Charging Station
The resort has a free, 240-volt charging station for your electric vehicle, located behind the water park.
A $25 daily resort fee is added per room (not per person) from June 26 – August 29 and during school vacation weeks. This fee includes activity programs, bonfires, pool and water park towels, horse and wagon rides, story time, nature walks, wireless Internet, movie nights, Xbox tournaments, local calls, incoming faxes, and daily coffee in the lobby.
The resort fee is subject to tax. Some activities are subject to change or may have a small additional fee to cover the cost of materials.
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.
To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, and to comply with FAA rules and regulations, the resort is a designated “No Drone Zone.” The operation or use of drones (or any unmanned aerial systems) on or above our resorts is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may involve eviction from your accommodations as well as confiscation of drone equipment, and may subject violators to damages, including, but not limited to: damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.
