Check-in/Check-out

Check-in and check-out times vary by lodging type. 
Check-in for the hotel and townhomes is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Staff is available 24 hours for late check-ins. 

Deposits & Fees

An advance deposit equal to the first night‘s room rate is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept deposits using major credit cards or, with sufficient time for mailing, a personal check. A resort fee of $25 per night plus tax will be charged to your final folio.

Cancellations

Guest room cancellations made ten days or more prior to arrival are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within ten days of arrival, forfeit deposit. Standard cancellation policy does not apply to full pre-pay, non-refundable advance purchase rate plans.

Additional Guests

Cots: $25 plus tax per day
Cribs: $20 plus tax per stay for a portable crib (similar to Pack-n-Play)

WiFi Internet Access

Red Jacket Mountain View Resort has free wireless Internet that covers 100% of the property, including townhouses.

Kahuna Laguna Indoor Water Park

Slides, tubes, pools, waves, buckets, tree houses, bridges, fountains, and more. There’s so much to do in the water park that you’ll want to try it all! Guests may visit the water park after 11:30 a.m. prior to check-in on the day of arrival and may visit the water park prior to 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Accessibility

The Red Jacket Mountain View Resort has an accessible entrance, an elevator to service all floors, a wheelchair on property, and two rooms with queen beds. Resort Fee

A daily resort charge of $25 + tax per room will be added to the room rate. This resort fee allows guests to enjoy many resort services and activities. These include resort-wide high-speed wifi, unlimited local and long-distance calls, outdoor pool towels and life jackets, and resort activities. Our resort activities change daily and include campfire nights with s'mores, kids' crafts, animal adventure shows, live entertainment, horse-drawn wagon rides, dance parties, family game nights, hot chocolate, movies, and more.

Destination Fee

A 1% destination fee will be collected to fund the promotion of Mount Washington Valley as a destination, support the growth of attractions and events in the area, and to sustain other tourism development initiatives.

Parking

On-site parking is available to all overnight guests for a fee of $25 per night, per vehicle. Arrangements should be made in advance for oversized vehicles such as snowmobile trailers. Dogs

We are a dog-friendly resort. We welcome dogs to several rooms, selected especially for their creature comforts. Prior arrangements must be made before you bring your pet, and a nightly fee of $50 per dog, plus tax, applies. For more information, visit our pet-friendly page.

Electric Car Charging Station

The resort has a free Tesla charging station located behind the water park.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.

Drone Use

To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, and to comply with FAA rules and regulations, the resort is a designated “No Drone Zone.” The operation or use of drones (or any unmanned aerial systems) on or above our resorts is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may involve eviction from your accommodations as well as confiscation of drone equipment, and may subject violators to damages, including, but not limited to: damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.
