The resort features local favorites, with delivery or Grab & Go options so you can enjoy a meal where you like: enjoy lunch overlooking the mountains, snacks on the lawn, dinner by the fire pit! Options include breakfast delivered to your room, a Grab & Go menu, All Day Dining with a wide variety of choices for any taste, and our Walk-up grill menu for something on the lighter side.

A full beverage and bar service is available at multiple locations throughout the day. 

Breakfast Menu

Breakfast items are all available to you on the resort and include traditional favorites and portable options for a quick start to your day.

BREAKFAST QUESADILLA

Spinach, peppers, caramelized onions and Monterey Jack cheese In a flour tortilla.   

BREAKFAST BURRITO

Turkey sausage, bell peppers, onions, corn, black beans, scrambled eggs and shredded cheese with salsa in a flour tortilla.  

BREAKFAST ROLLUP

Soft taco tortilla with scrambled eggs, baby spinach, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon and diced tomato. 

2 EGGS ANY STYLE

Served with with potato and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham, and your choice of wheat, marble rye toast.  

BAGEL SANDWICH

Grilled bagel with thin sliced ham, Swiss cheese, and scrambled eggs.  

WESTERN CROISSANT

Western style eggs with sautéed peppers, onions and American cheese on a flaky croissant. 

YOGURT PARFAIT

Vanilla yogurt topped with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, accompanied by raisins and granola.

Served on a bulky roll with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. 

JUMBO HOT DOG

1/4 lb. all beef hot dog, char-grilled on a grilled roll.
