Director of Sales
Bob is a graduate of the Hotel Administration program at the University of New Hampshire and has close to 30 years of hospitality experience working in both operations and group sales, all in large resort settings. He is also an adjunct professor of hospitality in the Resort and Recreation Management program of his local community college.
A resident of the White Mountains, Bob takes full advantage of all the area has to offer including nordic and alpine skiing during the winter months, trail running in the warmer months and helping coach local youth sports teams year round. When he isn’t meeting with clients to plan their next meeting or event, you will find him with his two daughters or volunteering with different local organizations.
Molly moved to New Hampshire with her family in 2004 after coming to the White Mountains all her life to ski and hike. She began working in the hotel industry in 2011, working at the front desk at the Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway. After dedicating herself to growing in the hospitality industry and her career, she grew very quickly in operations and sales management over the years.
Molly has returned to the Valley after spending the past year in Portland Maine, working as the Front Office Manager at the Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown Portland Waterfront. In her spare time, Molly enjoys reading, fashion, going to the theater, and photography.
Millie grew up in the Mount Washington Valley and has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 17 years. She began her career in restaurants, moving across New Hampshire before settling back in the Valley in 2008. Millie moved to the resort side of hospitality in 2014 when she joined the sales team at Red Jacket Mountain View Resort. When she is not assisting clients with planning their next event, you will surely find Millie on stage with M&D at the historic Eastern Slope Inn Playhouse. Here she hones the skills learned while earning her BA in Theatre Arts so many years ago. Millie also enjoys knitting, crocheting, helping out backstage at the theatre, and of course, spending quality time with family and her adopted mutt pups.
