Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. for rooms and townhomes, and 10 a.m. for suites. 

Deposit/Cancellations — Guest Rooms

An advance deposit equal to the first night‘s room rate is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept deposits using major credit cards or, with sufficient time for mailing, a personal check. For all cancellations made up to 10 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 service charge. Any cancellations made less than 10 days from the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit. Standard cancellation policy does not apply to full pre-paid, non-refundable advance purchase rate plans. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.

Deposit/Cancellations — Two Bedroom Suites

For reservations of 1–3 nights, the first night’s deposit is due at the time of reservation. For reservations of 4 or more nights, a 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Full balance is due May 15. For reservations booked after May 15 of the same arrival year, 100% of the balance is due at the time of booking.

For reservations of 1–3 nights, cancellations made up to 10 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit. For reservations of 4 or more nights, refunds are based on resale of the unit.

Additional Guests

Cots: $25 plus tax per day
Cribs: $20 plus tax per stay for a portable crib (similar to Pack-n-Play)

WiFi Internet Access

All public areas and rooms have free wireless Internet access.

Accessibility

Blue Water Resort offers disabled guests several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including first floor rooms, access ramps, grab bars and stools in showers, Visual Alarm, TDD phone equipment, and raised commode seating. Please let our reservation agents know your accessibility requirements. 

Dogs

Blue Water Resort is a dog-friendly resort. We welcome dogs to several rooms, selected especially for their creature comforts. Prior arrangements must be made before you bring your pet, and a nightly fee of $50 per dog, plus tax, applies. However, dogs are not permitted on any Red Jacket Resort beaches. Parking

Parking at Blue Water Resort is limited. Guests with reservations in a standard guest room, family room, or suite are provided one parking space per unit. Guests with reservations in a cottage or longer-term rental are provided with two parking spaces per unit. Additional parking space(s), if available, are at the discretion of the management based on occupancy and will incur an additional nightly fee. Arrangements should be made in advance for oversized vehicles such as boat trailers. For these and other parking-related questions, please contact Blue Water Resort directly at 508-398-2288.

Charcoal Grills

Charcoal is not provided, but several stores are within a short drive.

Laundry

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the 400 building. Soap products are available at Blue Water and Riviera Beach front desks.

Resort Fee

A $25 daily resort fee is added per room (not per person) from June 24–September 1 and during school vacation weeks. This fee includes activity programs, bonfires, pool and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, wireless Internet, weekend entertainment, Kids’ Club activities, beach parties, movie nights, Xbox tournaments, discounts at Blue Rock Golf Course from 12–2 p.m., discounts on water sports before 11 a.m., local calls, incoming faxes, daily coffee in the lobby, local calls, incoming faxes, and resort reciprocity.

The resort fee is subject to tax. Some activities are subject to change or may have a small additional fee to cover the cost of materials.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.

Drone Use

To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, and to comply with FAA rules and regulations, the resort is a designated “No Drone Zone.” The operation or use of drones (or any unmanned aerial systems) on or above our resorts is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may involve eviction from your accommodations as well as confiscation of drone equipment, and may subject violators to damages, including, but not limited to: damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.

Use of Other Red Jacket Resorts

As a guest of Blue Water Resort, you are invited to use the facilities, amenities, and private beaches at any of our Red Jacket sister resorts during your stay.
