Deposit/Cancellations - Guest Rooms
Deposit: reservations require a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate.
Cancellations: Guest room cancellations made ten days or more prior to arrival are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within ten days of arrival, forfeit deposit. Standard cancellation policy does not apply to full pre-pay, non-refundable advance purchase rate plans.
Deposit/Cancellations – Cottages/Townhomes/Vacation Homes
Deposit: For reservations for 1-3 nights, 1st night’s deposit is due at time of reservation. For reservations for 4 or more nights, 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Full balance due at arrival.
Cancellations: For reservations for 1-3 nights, cancellations made ten days or more prior to arrival are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within ten days of arrival, forfeit deposit. For reservations for 4 or more nights, refunds are based on resale
Cots: $20 per day
Cribs: $10 per stay for a Porta-crib (similar to Pack-n-Play).
Complementary Wireless Access
Red Jacket Beach has its own wireless network and 100 percent of the property is a wireless hotspot.
We offer disabled guests several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including first floor rooms, grab bars and stools in showers, Visual Alarm™, TDD phone equipment and raised commode seating. Indoor and outdoor pool decks and our restaurant and lounge are wheelchair accessible. Just let our reservation agents know your requirements.
During the high season (the end of June through the end of August) parking at the resort is limited. Guests with reservations in a standard guest room, family room or suite are provided one parking space per unit. Guests with reservations in a cottage or longer-term rental are provided with two parking spaces per unit. Arrangements should be made in advance for over-sized vehicles such as boat trailers. As a guest at our resort, you are invited to use the facilities at any other of our nearby sister resorts during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.
