December 3, 2012 – The Red Jacket Mountain View Resort & Spa in North Conway, NH, is set to unwrap a major gift this holiday season with the opening of their four new Presidential Homes adjacent to the popular resort. Welcoming guests as of December 21, 2012, each of these spacious, four-bedroom residential-style vacation homes combines the comforts of home with the casual elegance of a mountain retreat.

With 2,500 square feet, the homes offer accommodations for up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and three living areas. The newly constructed homes feature a mix of cherry hardwood, wall-to-wall carpet and slate flooring as well as stylish Thomasville furniture with earth toned décor reflecting the mountain surroundings. Special touches include a front porch, cozy gas fireplace, outdoor deck with a grill, daily maid service, high-speed wireless Internet access and of course all linens, dishes and glassware. Named for mountains in the surrounding Presidential Mountain Range, the four Presidential Homes are the Washington, Adams, Jefferson and Madison. Rates are dependent upon the season and range from $359 per night with a two night minimum to $759 per night with a three night minimum.

Nestled among towering trees located adjacent to the resort, the homes are an easy walk from all the amenities of the resort including excellent on-site dining, a full-service spa, the resort’s 40,000 sq. ft. Kahuna Laguna indoor water park and a variety of activities geared to children and families, including bonfires, family story time and movie nights. Minutes away from the resort are over 200 tax-free outlets and specialty shops, as well as hiking, biking, horseback riding and whitewater rafting for the outdoor adventurer. The Mt. Washington Valley is also home to many popular attractions including Story Land, the Conway Scenic Rail Road, White Mountain National Forest and winter sports such as snowmobiling, cross-country and downhill skiing.
