Bob Weir is a graduate of the Hotel Administration program at the University of New Hampshire and has over 22 years of hospitality experience working in both operations and group sales, all in large resort settings. He also expanded his managerial experience in recent positions within the healthcare industry before returning to hospitality, which he considers his true calling.
A resident of the White Mountains for over 20 years, Bob takes full advantage of all the area has to offer including trail running, skiing, and fly fishing. When he isn’t meeting with clients to plan their next meeting or event, you will find him with his two daughters or volunteering with different local organizations. Bob looks forward to creating a memorable group meeting, event or function for your next visit to the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort.

Molly was born and raised in southern New Jersey. She moved to New Hampshire with her family in 2004, after coming to the White Mountains, all her life to ski and hike. She began working in the hotel industry in 2011, working the front desk at the Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway. After dedicating herself to growing in the hospitality industry and her career, she grew very quickly in operations and sales management over the years.
Molly has returned to the Valley after spending the past year in Portland Maine, working as the Front Office Manager at the Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown Portland Waterfront. She is so excited to be back in North Conway and be a part of the Red Jacket Mountain View team! In her spare time, Molly enjoys reading, fashion, going to the theater, and photography. She looks forward to using her passion for this industry to help you plan your dream wedding, special event, or meeting!
