The Kitchen Manager will work with and embrace restaurant menus created and designed with key ingredients.
You will also work with approved vendors for product and ingredients and manage the kitchen for all meal periods to ensure optimal food safety, kitchen sanitation, and consistency with overall culinary standards of excellence.
The right candidate will lead the culinary team with pride in every dish, ensure the consistency of each plate presented, and educate, train, and develop the culinary team.
You will also create the very best working environment with recruitment, retention, development, and growth.

Seasonal positions vary, with start dates from mid-April through mid-June and end dates from Labor Day through October 30.
