CANCELLATIONS
An advance deposit equal to the first night‘s room and tax is
required to guarantee all reservations. For
payment of the advance deposit, we accept
major credit cards or with sufficient time
for mailing, a personal check. A refund of
the advance deposit, less a $25 service charge,
will be issued for all cancellations made
up to 10 days prior to the date of arrival.
Forfeiture of the advance deposit will result
for all cancellations made less than 10 days
from the date of arrival. All rates are subject
to state and local taxes.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Room rates are based on 1-4 people per room. Each additional person is $10 per night.
Cots:$10 per day Cribs: $10 per stay for a Portacrib (similar to Pack-n-Play).

HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS
Red Jacket Mountain View has its own high speed wireless network and 100 percent of the property
(including townhouses) is a wireless hotspot.
HEATED POOL
Our
outdoor heated pool has daily food and beverage service in season.
RESTAURANTS, LOUNGE AND POOLSIDE BAR
Champney's is our excellent full-service restaurant with sweeping panoramic views of the mountains. The menu is
traditional New England cuisine with a continental or buffet breakfast. The Valley View Room is open daily for
early coffee as well as lunch and dinner.
For a more casual meal, Palmer's Red Ridge Grill features a mix of lighter fare and our chef's award-winning
specialties, as well as beverages and entertainment.
On the go? For something tasty to take with you, a full range of snack and lunch items is also available at the Tiki Tide Cafe in the Kahuna Laguna indoor water park.
The Mountain View's poolside bar is open from the end of June through the beginning of October serving
beverages and selections from our regular menu from 12-6 p.m. Purchases made will be by room charge or credit
card only. Food will be served from noon until 5PM from the Poolside menu.
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
The resort has a number of on-site activities for kids and families throughout the summer and select vacation weeks.

HANDICAP ACCESS
The Mountain View has a handicap-accessible entrance and two rooms with queen beds as well as a wheelchair on
property and elevator service to all floors.
ATM
The Mountain View has an ATM machine in the lobby of the resort.
ALOHA ARCADE
Located near the entrance to Kahuna Laguna water park, the arcade features over two dozen of the lastest multi-player and virtual reality games, as well as traditional favorites like pinball and air hockey.
PETS
Bring your furry friend along on your next vacation or weekend getaway – we welcome four-footed guests to several rooms

RESORT MERCHANDISE
